Slippers are provided to walk around the property. Towels and toothbrushes provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is an additional shower and toilet available on every floor. The room is snug, with some storage space under the bed, but it’s perfect if you’re gonna be out and about all day. Staff was extremely helpful. They helped me out when our luggage we shipped from another hotel did not arrive when expected. They also have a list of bars and restaurants they recommend available in the lobby/common area. Very close to the downtown area with bars and restaurants. 2 blocks away the nightlife is absolutely buzzing. During the day, you’re still close to the Sapporo TV Tower, Odori Park(gorgeous!), and the Clock Tower.

The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. I asked them for restaurant recommendations and all three of them racked their minds to give me a good recommendation. I also asked whether they'd think it makes sense to go up Mt. Moiwa while it snows and whether I'd be able to see anything and they helped me make a decision. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers free tee and coffee. The rooms are nice and the showers and bathrooms are clean.

I went to Sapporo for the snow festival, and this hostel was at an amazing location only 15 minutes by foot from the ice sculpture exhibition in Susukino. Also, a less than 20min walk to the bus stop for the airport liner. The available amenities in the common kitchen blew my mind, incredible variety. The amenities provided in the room itself were also more than enough for a comfortable short stay.

Sofia

The place looks to be freshly renovated and gives off a proper hotel atmosphere despite being a hostel. The furniture and appliances look nice and the entire building is neat and tidy. There is a shower room on each floor and a sink in each room. For those who like to cook there is a shared kitchen on the first floor.

The location wasn’t too far from main spots in the city so even if your out late you can still walk back. Didn’t use the kitchen but was a cute communal space and nice for late night snacks (just make sure to be as quiet as possible). The staff was also very nice at check in and kindly explained everything to me.
